Bring the laptop and the strategy deck: our 20ft screen and full PA handle the work half. Then the same room becomes the play half — two VR arenas head-to-head, pool and darts, karaoke if you dare, and a bar till midnight. Order in lunch from wherever the team actually likes — no set menus, no corporate-catering markup.
A sample agenda
09:30 — arrivals and coffee. 10:00 — your session on the big screen. 12:30 — order-in lunch. 13:30 — VR tournament across both arenas. 16:00 — scores, karaoke and the bar.
