Why VR works when trust falls don't
NorwichVR is a team-building venue that doesn't feel like one. Two VR arenas run side by side, so your team splits into squads of up to six and goes head-to-head in the same games at the same time — same zombies, same kitchen, same laser-tag tournament, two scores on the board at the end. Up to twelve play at once, and with rolling substitutions a group of twenty keeps everyone in the rotation all afternoon. Our escape rooms are literally impossible without communication — and because our games are free-roam, there's no motion sickness, and nobody has to sit out.
The venue is yours to use
A 20ft projector screen — run your quarterly numbers, your launch video, or the match.
Full PA, speaker and sound system — presentations, awards, a playlist.
Karaoke — the great leveller. The sales director doing Whitney is worth three workshops of bonding.
Hosted quiz — we run it, you supply the rivalries.

We don't do catering — deliberately. Order in whatever your team actually wants — pizza, Thai, a mountain of fried chicken — or bring your own, and eat it here with a licensed bar open till midnight and zero corporate-catering markup.
